Chapter 1: The Invitation

There once was a girl named Cinderella, everyone called her Cindy. She lived with her stepmother and two horrible, stepsisters. They never liked her because she was the prettiest girl for miles and miles. She was always made to do the chores, get everyone ready for anything special, and was never allowed in public.

One day a messenger came to the mansion, with a message that said: COME TO THE ROYAL BALL, ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE YOUNG LADIES.IT IS MANDATORY.

Hooray! We get to meet the prince!” the stepsisters said together. The evil stepmom, or Violet, came racing down the stairs and snatched the paper away from Cindy who was reading it aloud. “Oh my! Cinderella, get the gowns ready! Get everything ready!” The evil woman said. So Cindy went and got everything ready like the gowns, the girls hair, makeup, and even washed their stinky, huge feet!    After everything was ready, the evil women went to the ball and left Cinderella to clean up. Cindy started saying to herself, “Why couldn’t I go?! I’m actually pretty!”  Then she heard a calm voice say “Why aren’t you at that ball?”

“My evil stepmom left me here!” Cindy said as she turned around to see a woman with wings. She had on a blue, half- gown. It had sleeves that were see-through and looked painted on until they spread out. The one thing that caught Cindy’s eye was that the dress had sparkles all over it.  “Who are you?”Cindy asked “Your Fairy Godmother! Now let’s see what you’re going to wear.” As the Fairy said this, a gorgeous dress appeared on Cindy.

                     Chapter 2: The ball

After an hour of trying on accessories and shoes, Cindy was finally ready to go to the ball. When she got into the limo carriage, she never thought that it would be that fancy. Beautiful colors, a mini refrigerator, and a chandelier! The ride to the castle was extraordinary. Cindy saw so many things that she had never seen before. Like airplanes, malls, beaches, and theaters.

Once Cinderella got to the ball and entered the palace, everyone saw that a she didn’t wear a sparkly, frilly gown. Cindy wore a purple, sweetheart neckline, strapless dress that was like a ball gown but it only came to mid-thigh. Her auburn hair was done up in what looked like a messy bun but looked elegant. As the prince turned to see what everyone was looking at he gasped. He walked over to her and asked her to dance. “Of course I will!” Cindy said in her cute little country accent.

While they danced, her two stepsisters and her rotten stepmother tried to seduce the guards’ into telling them who she was. But, it did not work for they were not the guard’s type at all. Cindy and Edward (for that was the princes real name) danced behind a curtain, onto a balcony, and disappeared. Right in front of the evil stepsisters and stepmother without them even knowing. After they were out of the public’s eye, they just started to talk.

“Well after all that dancing it sure is nice to be in the cool night air.” Cindy tried starting the conversation.”Yes it is, I suppose. What is your name? I never bothered to ask before.” the prince stated all the while staring at Cindy.

Well I’m Cinderella
